• A 6-week program designed for young adults ages 16 - 21 to give them exposure to non-traditional careers in construction

• Learn about skilled trades and career paths in the construction industry

• Learn about apprenticeship programs, and how to apply

• Hands-on classroom activities that help enhance participant's learning experience

• Guest speakers from various roles in construction

• Interactive tours of construction sites using VR technology

• Attend a construction "Career Day" event sponsored by local construction companies.
